Police report: "On November 18th, 2021 I, Deputy Prevett, was parked on the east shoulder of the roadway facing north on pine street just to the south of Palm Avenue, which is located in Bunnell, Florida. At this time I observed a black in color GMC truck traveling west on Palm Avenue. I observed this truck come to a stop at this intersection, which is a four way stop. After stopping at this intersection this vehicle proceeded west on Palm Avenue through this intersection. It should be noted that this truck had no tinted windows on the front drivers side window and I had a clear unobstructed view of the driver and sole occupant. I Identified this driver as Erin. It should be noted that I had knowledge that Erin currently has a suspended driver's license and that she has knowledge of her license being suspended. I further had knowledge that this black in color GMC truck is a vehicle Erin is associated with. I then attempted to catch up to this vehicle, and prior to being able the driver immediately pulled over to the shoulder of the roadway. I then immediately activated my emergency lights. The driver, Erin, began to exit the vehicle as I approached. I then requested that she fully exit the vehicle. I inquired as to why she was driving and she stated she didn't know what I was talking about. I advised her that I was aware that her driver's license is currently suspended and she continued to deny such. It should be noted that I had previously looked into Erin’s license status and I obtained documents showing that she did in fact have knowledge."
