Welcome to Body Cam Canada, where real interactions with law enforcement are documented and exposed for public awareness and accountability. In this video, we feature Canada Cop Watch, who appears to be targeted by Toronto Police in what looks like retaliation for filming public officers. The footage begins with a man being ticketed for riding an electric scooter. Moments later, Canada Cop Watch, who was simply on a non-electric kick scooter, is approached by Constable Jeff McGuire from 51 Division. The officer demands ID, claims that kick scooters are illegal, and threatens arrest. Despite clear laws permitting non-electric scooters on sidewalks in Toronto, the officer proceeds to issue a ticket—falsely and unlawfully. Even more shocking, the word reckless was misspelled as wreckless on the ticket, underlining the carelessness of the entire interaction. This video raises serious questions about police overreach, misuse of authority, and the consequences of filming public officials. Is this how our laws are being enforced—or weaponized? 👉 Subscribe to Canada Cop Watch for more accountability content. 💬 Share your thoughts respectfully in the comments or through the links below. 📢 Always film the police.
