On this episode, an officer has stopped a vehicle for swerving all over the freeway. The driver is a 20 year old woman who claims to be coming home from a friends house. The officer smells alcohol and asks the woman if she has been drinking. She states that she hasn't drank any and that she is only 20 years old. The officer decides to run her through field sobriety tests and she says she understands them but does each wrong or asks questions about them while performing them. She ends up failing them and after provides the officer with multiple excuses as to why she did. She ends up being arrested and charged with DWI as well as other charges. Months later the charges against her were dropped though. This is due to an investigation into the arresting officers involvement in a DWI Deception Scheme.
