On November 11, 2023, police observed a vehicle parked irregularly with the engine running and lights on. Upon approaching the vehicle, they heard a man loudly crying and arguing with someone on the phone. Upon speaking to the man, they detected a strong odor emanating from the car, prompting them to ask him to exit the vehicle. Subsequently, the officer conducted field sobriety tests on the individual, who was uncooperative. As a result, the officer arrested him for DUI. Additionally, it was discovered that the individual had a revoked license, leading to the police towing his rental vehicle.
