On 03/24/2025 at 11:59 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Marquise Hallman of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 and 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Hallman was also charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. The police also arrested a 61-year-old male, Richard Hallman of Jersey City, NJ for Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. Mr. Richard Hallman was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Marquise Hallman was issued his complaint summons and 1 motor vehicle summons. Mr. Marquise Hallman was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #resistingarrest #news #crime
