An intoxicated woman needed help outside O’Brian’s Irish Pub. He pulled up and found her, plus the person who called. Her name was Raissa DeSouza, 27 years old. Firefighters from BRFD soon checked her out. Raissa said no to a trip to the hospital. She turned down a taxi or Uber home, too. She bolted to her Mercedes and hopped in the back seat. Now it was clear. She was drunk, holding keys to a car. Officer Williams arrested her for DUI at 1:37 a.m. Her condition was too bad for sobriety tests. They towed her car with Westway Towing. Officer Soria stayed to finish the paperwork. Cops took Raissa to Palm Beach County Jail. There, at 2:14 a.m., Officer Walker read the Implied Consent warnings twice. She still refused a breath test. 20:23 She’s in enough trouble but trying to get out of her cuffs. She’s a hot mess. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
