On July 11th, 2022, a police officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly on the freeway, weaving between lanes without proper lane discipline, and pulled the driver, a woman, over. Suspecting alcohol influence due to a strong odor, the officer conducted sobriety tests. Despite the woman's denial of drinking, she failed both the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test and additional sobriety tests, such as the walk-and-turn and one-leg stand tests. Her failure provided strong evidence of impairment, leading to her arrest and transport to the police station for further investigation.
