On March 16, 2022, officers from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, were dispatched to a restaurant parking lot to investigate a road rage incident. Although no probable cause was found to pursue the road incident, in speaking with the participants, investigator's noticed one driver's erratic demeanor and the strong odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage coming from her person. The driver continued to be uncooperative with the investigation and refused to identify herself. She was charged with DUI, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer Without Violence, and three counts of Resisting an Officer, Refusing to Accept Sign Citation or Post Bond. 50 Police Body Cam (that’s “five-oh”) is an educational resource for viewers to witness the real-life situations faced by the men and women of law enforcement.
