Macomb Illinois police arrest a suspected drunk driver after witnessing the vehicle she was driving traveling at a high rate of speed failing to yield or stop and failing to use it's turn signal. Upon completion of standardized field sobriety tests the suspect refused a preliminary breath test. She had a previous DUI arrest in 2021 and appears to have been advised to refuse breath testing in the future. She gets agitated when the officers will not let her call her mom.
