On February 11, 2017, Baton Rouge Police arrested 22-year-old Kenneth Smith — a valet driver at the Hotel Indigo on Convention Street in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana — after a hotel guest woke up at approximately 4 AM and discovered that his McLaren MP4-12C was missing from the valet lot. The guest ran downstairs and confronted Smith directly on the hotel driveway in a heated exchange that was captured on video and later went viral after being posted to Facebook. ––– Disclaimer: This video is a dramatization based on real events.
