North Ridgeville, Ohio -- An officer with the NRPD stopped a vehicle after it was clocked going 118MPH. The man then admitted to having a couple of drinks. He is eventually transported to the police station for a breath test where he refuses and becomes... aggravated. The man, later identified as Justin Ferrari, was charged with the following: - Aggravated Menacing (Dismissed) - Menacing - Menacing - OVI Prior conviction +refusal (Dismissed) - OVI 1st/2nd offense - Excessive Speed for conditions (Dismissed) - Reckless Operation (Dismissed) The dismissed charges were the result of a plea agreement.
