On 8/1/2022 at approximately 0301 hrs I, Officer Sparkman and Officer Baker were dispatched to 4524 MacArthur Drive (NLR Honda/Yamaha) in reference to a commercial burglary. Upon arrival we made contact with the business owner, Richard Cowell, and his wife, Terri Cowell. Terri Cowell advised us that she had the incident on video footage through their ring doorbell app and cameras located in the business (See E14). Richard Cowell advised us that at approximately 0300 hours on 8/1/2022, an unknown suspect(s) broke into his business by breaking one of the front glass window panels with a huge rock (See E1-13). Richard Cowell stated that once the glass panel was broken, the unknown suspect(s) made entry. The suspect that made the entry was a black male, tall in stature and medium build, wearing gray shorts and a black t shirt, white tennis shoes, and a balaclava. Through E14, you can view this unknown suspect pull each of the blue motorbikes through the window. As he is pulling the motorbikes through the window, you can then view another unknown suspect run to the window to assist the original suspect. That male was wearing a white t shirt. Both of the unknown suspects push the motorbikes to their vehicle that they fled in shortly after. You can view the suspects flee southbound towards the carwash next door. Following the pursuit, the black male wearing the black t shirt and gray shorts was later identified as Sahaya Pharoah. The black male wearing the white t shirt was later identified as Lenard Jordan. Both Richard and Terri Cowell stated that the unknown suspects stole two Yamaha motorbikes, both blue in color. The value of the motorbikes together is $15,935.54.
