Spotlight Moments: ⦁ Jonathan Becker pulls behind an unmarked police sergeant and appears to initiate a traffic stop. ⦁ The sergeant confronts him after spotting a Ford Explorer that looked suspiciously like a police vehicle. ⦁ Becker denies activating lights, then gives multiple explanations that only make things worse. ⦁ Officers discover he is already on probation for unlawful display of emergency lights. ⦁ The vehicle reveals a radar gun, radio box, light siren box, mounted computer, handcuffs, body armor, and a Glock magazine. Investigators later file a probable cause affidavit, leading to a felony impersonation charge and a false plate infraction.
