A 19-year-old driver was arrested for DUI after a Halloween party in Pullman, Washington, when deputies observed her white Toyota Camry driving without headlights, swerving into oncoming traffic, striking a curb, and even driving on the sidewalk. According to police, Cecelia admitted to drinking at Timber bar before getting behind the wheel. During the traffic stop, she reportedly changed her story about how much alcohol she had consumed. Field sobriety tests showed multiple signs of impairment, including failure of the HGN eye test, problems with the walk-and-turn, and difficulty during the one-leg stand. Portable breath test results allegedly showed a BAC of 0.194%, and a later station test recorded 0.152%. For an underage driver, that is far above the legal limit. She was booked into Whitman County Jail and charged with DUI under RCW 46.61.502.
