A traffic stop takes an interesting turn when a passenger refuses to identify himself and starts arguing with the officer about why he needs to provide his information. Things escalate when officers decide to remove him from the vehicle. He briefly resists being taken into custody before eventually being handcuffed. And throughout the encounter, he keeps insisting that he's “confused.” 😂 Was he actually confused, or was he just hoping arguing would somehow change the outcome? Watch the video and decide for yourself. Whose fault is that?
