@Cops&Cons obtained body worn camera footage of an incident where a man was found in a car with just his underwear on. While on patrol Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputies started to interview the man they found he had cactus in his torso. The store that was stolen from had broken windows and a broken cactus plant. The man caused more than $1,000 in damage and faces charges including burglary and criminal damage to property.
