On January 21st, 2023, officers in Ohio responded to a residence after receiving a call from a woman requesting help. Upon arriving, the officers met with the woman outside the residence. The woman, Kristy Kelly, appeared intoxicated and began telling officers she needed help. Upon speaking further with Ms.Kelly, she admitted to having been drinking that night with the homeowner and his friend in the garage. Ms.Kelly became frustrated with officers and began repeatedly asking them to record a table inside the garage. As officers attempted to figure out the situation, Ms. Kelly became angry with officers as the homeowner and his friend exited the garage. Ms.Kelly began screaming at officers despite being asked to stop as it was 4 am. Officers gave Ms.Kelly multiple orders to stop escalating the situation, but she continued to shout at officers before being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Following the arrest of Ms. Kelly, the officers contacted the jail, but they were unwilling to take her. As a result, the officers issued her a citation for Disorderly Conduct. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
