Nashville airport officers respond to a restaurant after a report of an intoxicated customer who did not pay her bill. By the time they arrive she says she already paid. The restaurant eventually confirms it. But the public intoxication observation was already made and the conduct during the arrest produces its own charges. She calls for bystanders to film, asks for the President, goes still, comes back around, and eventually cooperates at booking. She is charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Someone had reported her missing. Her mother is contacted. This video examines Tennessee's public intoxication standard and what it requires, why a confirmed payment does not automatically cancel an arrest already in progress, how disorderly conduct and resisting charges survive the original contact reason, and what the missing persons report adds to an already complicated picture. Nothing in this video is legal advice. We are not practising attorneys. All commentary is for education, awareness, and accountability. Channel. Proof On Record.
