We’re back in Cheboygan County, Michigan, for our friend, Trevor, the sovereign citizen in the 53rd District Court! This time around, after spending a month in county jail and finally taking a public defender, he remains silent as his attorney speaks. They reschedule today’s proceedings for another three weeks and the public defender asks again about bail for Trevor and saying he no longer listens to outside sources for his legal advice. And then comes the prosecutor who does not trust him not to pull the sovcit moves again and the judge saying the court had received more returned mail from the defendants address with the classic sovcit markings “UCC 241-242 I Do Not Consent” …. And sending back court notices with red marker saying “I do not wish to contract” is not what the judge wanted to see. Failing to appear at this pretrial, Judge Gauthier issued a warrant for his arrest. Ensuring that he will be in court for his trial.
