On December 7, 2023, the Stow Police Department received calls about an erratic driver driving with no headlights on. Officer Wonner located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The woman's explanation of where she was coming from made no sense, so Officer Wonner asked her if she had been drinking. When she admitted that she shouldn't be driving, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was eventually arrested and taken to the Stow Police Department for booking. The police report indicates that she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.216% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of the case are discussed at the end of the video.
