On July 8, 2023. An officer from the Menomonee Falls Police Department stopped a vehicle for making an illegal U-turn and failing to display registration plates. The officer contacted the driver who showed signs of impairment. Officers conducted a field sobriety test and eventually arrested the driver for OWI 1st offense. A search of the vehicle revealed empty shot bottles and THC cartridges. The driver was booked on several charges and transported out to the Waukesha County jail.
