The following video takes place on July 14th, 2025, in Lexington, Kentucky where a gunman opens fire on a state trooper during a traffic stop. The officer was struck by the suspect and was able to move away from the gunman before being rescued by good samaritans. The suspect, later identified as Guy House, was a passenger in the vehicle stopped by State Trooper Remilien. At first, the traffic stop appeared to be going well, but when Trooper Remilien asked for Mr. House's identification, he opened fire. He then stole the vehicle from the owner at gunpoint and proceeded to take the police on a high-speed chase for over 15 miles. Trooper Remilien fled after being shot and was quickly aided by nearby citizens, including the driver of the vehicle he had just stopped. Due to the good Samaritans who aided Trooper Remilien immediately after he was shot, Trooper Remilien would go on to survive his injuries. Months later, Trooper Remilien would be reunited with those same civilians who helped save his life. The suspect, 47-year-old Guy House, would later end his high-speed chase at a local church. House proceeded to open fire at innocent churchgoers in the vicinity, where he killed 2 and injured 2 more before police were finally able to bring him down.
