On July 08, 2024, police in Peoria, Illinois, were dispatched to investigate an alleged home invasion. Upon speaking with the accused perpetrator, however, not all was as it seemed. The alleged intruder was, in fact, the property owner, the director of a local nonprofit, and the residents were non-paying squatters. An arrest was made, but was justice done? Meanwhile, near the patrol vehicle, a bizarre confrontation took place.
