The report is as follows: "Title: Failure to comply with order or signal of Police Officer/ Driving Marked Lanes/ Prohibited Act/ Arrest A male was operating a dirt bike on city streets and failed to comply with the order or signal of a Police Officer." That was a brief report. Here are my observations: On the date of March 26th, 2021 at around 11:35 PM, an Officer of the Brook Park Police Department was conducting a routine patrol. On Smith road that officer saw around 4 dirt bikes driving in the opposite direction. This officer then attempts to stop the bikers, they all flee, so this officer chases the biker that is in the end of the pack. None of the bikers pull over. Throughout the chase, the biker he was chasing got stalled around twice. Eventually the biker gets stalled again, this is where another officer of the BPPD used his taser on the man, later to be identified as Mr. Christopher Perez of Cleveland, and is taken into custody. His current charges are Driving in Marked Lanes, Prohibited Driving on the Road, and Willfully Fleeing and Eluding. 00:00 Introduction 00:10 Patrolling 00:20 Chase Begins 02:57 Suspect Stalls and gets Tased
