A high-speed chase involving the Ohio State Highway Patrol ended in a crash late last night. Troopers attempted to stop a blue Hyundai, but the driver fled, speeding through traffic and even driving on the sidewalk in an attempt to escape. A helicopter was deployed to track the suspect's movements from above. During the pursuit, two Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers, along with K9 Hunter, were in a patrol car searching for the driver when the suspect lost control and crashed into the front of their vehicle. The driver was quickly taken into custody. Both troopers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries for evaluation and are expected to recover. K9 Hunter was not injured in the crash and has already returned to duty. ⚠️Note: Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
