Middleburg Heights, Ohio -- A man showed up to the MHPD to obtain a tow release for his vehicle. When the man was told he would have to return another day, he noticed that the male emitted an odor of alcohol. The man then wandered back to his vehicle where he got into the driver seat. When the man noticed the officer was still following him, he got out of the car. The officer asked the man how he got there and the man said his brother drove him. When officers made contact with the brother, the brother advised he did not drive him. The man was then put through sobriety tests and was arrested. He blew .156% on the breathalyzer.
