"On Sunday, August 16th, 2020 @0011hrs while assigned to Z/C 3B33 in company of P.O Herrin #2173 we received a code 2 radio broadcast to 425 West Lakeside in connection with females assaulted. Upon arrival we were met by a female identified as Ms. Gabrielle Miller (witness 1) who stated her friends were beat up by a known male and his friends. She stated the event occurred on the 6th floor but did not know which apparent number. While Ms. Miller was talking to us outside she pointed out one of the males who assaulted her friends. The male got into a flat black Audi SUV and pulled away before contact could be made. Ms. Jennifer Durden (victim 1) and Ms. Deanna Lacy (victim 2) then approached us and stated they were the female who were assaulted. Ms. Durden stated they were at a unknown males apartment when they decided to leave. Upon leaving the apartment Ms. Durden stated a known male Mr. Kevin Porter (suspect 1) and his sister (suspect 2 whose name is unknown at this time) started to approach Ms. Durden and her friends. While walking by words were exchanged by Ms. Durden and suspect 2 when suspect 2 then swung and punched Ms. Durden in the face. At this time, Mr. Porter threw his drink in the face of Ms. Lacy and then ripped the wig of her head and then punched her in the left side of her face causing slight swelling visible at the time of this report. Then a 3rd male stepped in (suspect 3 unknown black male with dreads) stepped into the fight and started throwing Ms. Lacy around. At this time, Ms. Durden and her friends exited the apartment and stayed outside until police arrived. *Ms. Alyssa Canterbury (witness 2) stated she saw the whole altercation. She said it started with a verbal altercation between Ms. Durden and the female (suspect 2). At which point, the unknown female punched Ms. Durden and they began to have an altercation back and forth. Then the unknown male (suspect 3) jumped in and began fighting also. She looked over then saw Mr. Porter with the weave of Ms. Lacy in his hand when he then punched Ms. Lacy in the face causing her to call into the refrigerator."
