On August 21, 2022, Point Pleasant Beach Police responded to a motor vehicle accident. The 62-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle failed to stop and crashed into the back of another vehicle. When Patrolman Allegretta arrived, he asked the woman to step out of her vehicle so that he could administer field sobriety tests. She was in complete denial that she was impaired, but her performances on the tests proved otherwise. Not only could she not recite the English alphabet, but her performance on the walk and turn test was as bad as any shown on this channel. She was arrested for DUI and was transported to the police station, where she refused to submit to an evidential breath test.
