One month before KJ's April 2023 incident: RAW 05/02/2023 22:23 TUESDAY VIDEOS. KIMBERLEIGH M. The first set of body-cam videos I received regarding #KimZolciak and #KroyBiermann, the parents of #KJBIERMANN, included four videos from May 2, 2023. Little did I know back then what was actually alleged to be going on inside that house. Prosecutors say Kroy "#KJ" Biermann Jr.'s 1st charge was an April 2023 juvenile incident involving a child under 12. I find it interesting that a lot of the turmoil displayed in these body-cam videos started the following month. How much did Kim and Kroy know about what was happening with their oldest son? I think it was pretty shocking to Plunder Studios to see Kim in her robe, claiming all sorts of things that she claimed Kroy did to her at the time. I had watched her for years on the Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo, but this was the first time I saw in "real life" as it were, in this capacity. Here's how the incident report describes this event: On 05/02/2023, around 2223 hours, officers responded to [redacted by Plunder] Manor Bridge Dr, Milton, GA 30004, regarding a domestic dispute. Once on the scene, I made contact with the subject Kroy Biermann at the front door. He advised he called the police because he and his wife, identified as Kimberleigh Biermann, had been verbally fighting. He advised while he was trying to shower in the master bedroom's bathroom, Kimberleigh was refusing to leave. He advised this caused them to begin arguing, but nothing physical occurred. Kroy advised this was the first incident PD was called to involving the two. Kroy advised there were kids in the house, but they were asleep and weren`t involved. I then spoke to the reporting party, advised by dispatch Kimberleigh. She reported that she was sitting in the bathroom while talking on her phone, and Kroy began shouting at her, telling her to leave, which she refused. Kimberleigh then advised when she tried to leave the room, Kroy would stand in the doorway, blocking her exit. In addition, she said he would "chest bump" her, which she implied would make her scared to move. Kimberleigh advised nothing physical occurred on this date. She also advised in the past, he would prevent her from calling 911 by taking her phone whenever an argument would occur. She was advised that Kroy could be charged with False Imprisonment for keeping her against her will and Obstructing While Making a 911 Call. She was unaware that she could call involving those offenses. She was advised to call the police if any of those offenses or any other ones occurred. She was informed that she could always go to a neighbor's house to call if she couldn't be at home. She implied that similar incidents occurred in the past, but she didn't want to call the police because she didn't want the media's attention. She was advised to go to another room or stay with a friend for the night, she understood. She was also advised to document and record anything that could be used as evidence if this occurred again. I then spoke to Kroy, advising him of what I told Kimberleigh. He was advised to separate for the night so things wouldn't escalate. I advised Kroy of the offenses he could be charged with if he prevented Kimberleigh from calling 911 or forcing her to stay in the house. He stated he understood. No children were involved during this verbal dispute. Since there were no allegations/evidence of a physical dispute, no arrest was made. There is bodycam footage of this encounter. Nothing further.
