When police ordered the individual to stop, he blatantly refused and continued to evade capture. A brief pursuit ensued before officers safely detained the 33-year-old out-of-state suspect. Authorities formally charged the man with shoplifting, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest. He was ultimately processed and released on a summons.
