Officers responded to a Dollar General after employees reported a couple walking out of the store with merchandise without paying. After reviewing surveillance footage, officers tracked the suspects down and attempted to resolve the shoplifting incident. But the situation didn’t end there. The following day, officers were called to a nearby laundromat and encountered the woman again — leading to a second arrest after the situation escalated. What do you think? Were the officers justified in making the second arrest? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
