Bath, Ohio -- Officers with the BPD responded to their lobby when a male wanted to pick up a tow release form for his vehicle as it was impounded from a previous situation. The suspect, later identified as Mr. Mark Ostrander of Lorain, had a felony warrant out of the Lorain County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear. His case out of Lorain was on the following charges: - Receiving Stolen Property (x2) - Driving Under Suspension - Obstructing Official Business - Possession of Drugs Mr. Ostrander was charged by Bath Police with the following: - Possession of Drugs
