Traffic stop turns chaotic! A Volusia County Sheriff's Deputy pulls over a vehicle for a routine violation and quickly detects the strong odor of marijuana, giving probable cause to search the car and its occupants. But things escalate FAST when the female passenger flat-out refuses to hand over her purse for a search. What starts as defiance spirals into an epic meltdown—screaming, resisting, and ultimately spitting directly on the deputy in a shocking act of assault. Watch the full bodycam footage as officers deal with the escalating situation, leading to her arrest on felony charges (battery on a law enforcement officer and more). Zero tolerance for assaulting officers!
