This started because this lady was using her son to commit various crimes like shoplifting expensive items from places like Target. The police had put a BOLO ( Be on the lookout for, with a picture ) out to their department when an officer spotted her and he son panhandling. In this particular city they have made panhandling illegal. The officer then notified both the detective working her theft cases and ICE bc they had suspected she was in the country illegally. Both of them arrived on scene. They charged her with grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. I believe they have also been deported. *suspects in these videos should always be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
