What makes someone snap during a simple argument? Officers responded to a chaotic scene after reports that a woman had stabbed her boyfriend during a dispute that allegedly started over a computer. When police arrived, the male victim was bleeding heavily from his arm, while the female suspect was already on the ground, emotional and claiming she had been attacked first. As officers secured the scene, they searched for the weapon described in dispatch notes as a kitchen knife. The suspect repeatedly denied having a knife, insisted she was the victim, and demanded to be taken to jail. Meanwhile, EMS treated the injured man and transported him to the hospital. Bodycam footage captures the tense moments as officers double-lock handcuffs, conduct a protective sweep, and ultimately read the suspect her Miranda rights. She declines to answer questions without a lawyer present. Police later confirm the weapon was recovered, and the woman was formally arrested and charged with felonious assault. Was it self-defense—or did an argument spiral out of control?
