Mother’s Day was supposed to end with food, family, and everybody heading home. Instead, one argument on the ride back turned into a domestic call, a Ring camera review, and an arrest. On May 9, 2022, East Point Police responded to a residence after a dispute involving Byron Bell and his live-in girlfriend, Randyln Carter. According to police, the two had been arguing during the ride home from a family gathering over Bell’s driving. Carter told officers the confrontation turned physical after they entered the residence, and investigators reviewed Ring camera footage that they said showed Bell grabbing Carter, taking her to the ground multiple times, placing her in a headlock, and dragging her across the floor. Bell told police there was more to the story and claimed he acted in self-defense, but the responding officer wrote that the video did not support his version of events. He was ultimately arrested on a Simple Battery – Family Violence charge. 📬 Got a tip, question, or want to connect? 📧 Email: atlantacrimefiles@gmail.com 💬 Discord: atlantacrimefiles 💸 Cash App: $atlcrimefiles ☕ Buy Me a Coffee: https://tinyurl.com/2s3vauv6 This video contains real police body-camera footage obtained through public records.
