According to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, a 34-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly stealing a low-cost item from a Dollar General and then attacking a pregnant employee who tried to stop her. Investigators say the suspect pushed the victim—who was reportedly several months pregnant—before fleeing the scene on a bicycle. After weeks of searching, authorities identified and arrested the suspect, charging her with aggravated battery on a pregnant person and petit theft. This case highlights how quickly minor crimes can escalate into serious felony charges.
