A woman tries to use a public restroom when a man suddenly confronts her, shouting threats and causing chaos until police arrive. But the moment he directs those threats toward the responding officer, everything escalates fast. At Lake Worth Beach in Palm Beach, officers encounter 41-year-old Miguel already known to police screaming at a woman and openly threatening to shoot the officer on scene. As the officer orders him to comply, Miguel becomes more aggressive, refusing commands, pacing unpredictably, and continuing violent verbal threats. With backup minutes away, the officer keeps distance while monitoring Miguel’s movements until the situation takes a sharp and dangerous turn. Once backup arrives, Miguel is finally taken to the ground, handcuffed, searched, and detained. Officers discover random objects inside his pockets and no ID, making the situation even more complicated. Witnesses confirm everything, including Miguel’s direct claim that he would shoot the officer. In the end, Miguel is loaded into the patrol car and booked with a $4,000 bond. His charges? Battery on law enforcement and obstruction another episode in a long history with police.
