Cop Threatens Arrest On Sidewalk But Can't Cite Law Washington WASHINGTON STATE USA FIRST AMENDMENT AUDIT POLICE ENCOUNTER TURNS INTENSE AS OFFICER CANNOT EXPLAIN UNLAWFUL DETENTION ON PUBLIC SIDEWALK IN WASHINGTON STATE USA A FIRST AMENDMENT AUDITOR was peacefully standing and filming from a PUBLIC SIDEWALK and RIGHT OF WAY in WASHINGTON STATE USA when LAW ENFORCEMENT suddenly confronted him with demands to move off the area threatened ARREST and issued a TRESPASS WARNING with zero REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION of any CRIME. This raw unfiltered POLICE ENCOUNTER was captured on camera and shows exactly what happens when COMMANDS replace actual LAW on PUBLIC PROPERTY. The auditor stayed completely calm and informed repeatedly requesting the OFFICERS name and BADGE NUMBER while correctly identifying the commands as UNLAWFUL ORDERS that violate his FIRST AMENDMENT right to record in PUBLIC and his FOURTH AMENDMENT protections against UNREASONABLE DETENTION and SEIZURE. He cited the PLAIN VIEW DOCTRINE and explained that there is NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY in a PUBLIC SPACE. When BACKUP arrived including SERGEANT ANDREWS BADGE 174 the OFFICERS still failed to articulate any valid LEGAL AUTHORITY for the STOP or the TRESPASS WARNING. The auditor stood his ground educated the OFFICERS on the CONSTITUTION the BILL OF RIGHTS and proper LAW ENFORCEMENT standards and refused to comply with the UNLAWFUL ORDERS. NO CRIME was committed. NO ONE was obstructed. The auditor was eventually told HE WAS FREE TO GO without ARREST or CITATION. This incident took place in WASHINGTON STATE USA. The victim in this case was the FIRST AMENDMENT AUDITOR exercising his protected CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS on PUBLIC PROPERTY. He was NOT arrested NOT charged and NOT cited.
