Mackenzie Shirilla's ex-boyfriend said there was a dispute after her and Dominic Russo left the party before "The Crash" "She has told people that she put a spell on him so that he couldn't break up with her," Mackenzie Shirilla's ex-boyfriend told police in this horrible video interview that's really low in sound and contains so much noise from the detective recording it. Why couldn't they put the body-cam closer to Tyler Proctor? Anyway, I've done my best to transcribe the interesting bits: Tyler says about Mackenzie, "She would tell people that she had grabbed a piece of his hair and that she had a doll in her room for Dom. And that she had literally put a spell on him. She would tell everyone. She truly believed in that kind of stuff. She also uses a pendulum. To try to get answers--she tries to use it now to talk to Dom...because I'm like related to Dom by religion and law, he's like my God cousin-in-law." Tyler continued: "I know that she did the pendulum after Dom was dead, to talk to him." Cop: "When they did the pendulum thing...did anybody ask what caused the accident?" Tyler: "I don't want anyone in his family to get mad at me because I know they personally believe in the pendulum so..." Cop: "Right, I know that they do. I know that his dad does." Tyler: "His dad said that they did the pendulum and he said that Dom doesn't want anything to happen to her and he said that Dom forgives her and he also said Dom said that she's gonna be okay. That nothing's gonna happen to her. Like she's gonna be fine and get out of this basically what they said that the pendulum said." Well, that pendulum surely lied! Oh...he talks about Rosie's dad being a cop. Perhaps that's why Rosie got out of giving a police interview. Rosie is Bubba's girlfriend, and Tyler says Bubba said there was a dispute when Dom and Kenzie left the house, but then Bubba changed his story after being against Mackenzie. "I feel like he knows more to this," Tyler said about Bubba. "Dom texted everyone that night, 'I love you,' which is out of the ordinary," Tyler said about the pre-crash actions. "The first time she came over my house, she was cursing in front of my parents," Tyler said, explaining how he liked Kenzie's parents, but they spoiled her." Tyler talks more about being closer to Davion Flanagan than Dominic Russo, although he was getting closer to Dom again before #TheCrash. Tyler says Davion texted him about taking substances the night before the crash but Tyler didn't go to the get-together that the victims attended. There were 14 people in the Life360 circle Tyler said, and all of them should've been alerted because they paid for the premium version of the app, but it didn't alert them. Perhaps Davion's phone was on low-power mode. Tyler found out the next day about the tragedy when he was at Cedar Point. Tyler said told the cops, "I don't want to talk to you guys because I'm scared of Kenzie." The cop assures him, "Kenzie is locked up right now." It's also interesting to see this video of her ex-boyfriend Tyler Proctor talking about Mackenzie telling him she did voodoo on Dominic Russo. Regarding his voodoo talk, I found one of Kenzie Shirilla's 01-03-2022 Snapchat videos showing her zooming in on a spells & rituals book. So that was about 7 months prior to the crash, and I don't know if Kenzie purchased the book. Her anonymous male classmate tells Kenzie about the book of spells, "That is all I use." I guess she seemed interested or impressed enough to take the Snapchat video of the book. Here's hoping Mackenzie is studying the Good Book instead at ORW now.
