An Illinois man faces a felony aggravated DUI charge — his third — after crashing into the highway median on IL Route 31 with a road sign lodged in his front bumper and a destroyed tire. When officers arrived, he could barely stand unassisted, stumbled repeatedly, and had to be physically guided away from oncoming traffic. During processing, he searched his car for his keys — which were sitting on the roof. He had no memory of his car being totaled. He didn't know where he was. He blew a 0.171 BAC at 2:23 PM.
