It was around 6:16 PM on November 11, 2024. The accident happened near County Road 515 and Guthrie Road. Upon arrival, he saw a Honda CR-V. The car had ended up in a pond. Thankfully, no one was trapped inside. The driver had gotten out. This driver was identified as Rhiannon Chesaux, age 24. While talking to Rhiannon, the officer noticed she seemed confused. He also saw signs she might be under the influence. Rhiannon confessed to taking LSD before driving. Officers had to hold her back. She kept trying to walk into the road or the water. They put her in handcuffs. She sat in the patrol car. An ambulance was called. Field sobriety tests were not possible due to her condition. Vernon Township Fire Department personnel arrived. They secured Rhiannon on a gurney. She was taken to the hospital. Doctors planned to check her further. Blood and urine samples were taken there. Patrolman White issued Rhiannon several tickets. These included: driving while impaired, reckless driving, failure to stay in marked lanes, no insurance card, missed inspection, not updating her address with the DMV, leaving an accident with property damage, and failing to report the crash. Rhiannon had a prior arrest. In Vermont, she was arrested on March 15, 2022. That arrest was for felony possession after a traffic stop. 17:58 I started seeing what she was seeing. 18:00 all screaming If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
