On April 8, 2026, at approximately 1:40 AM, a law enforcement officer observed an individual loitering in front of a business. The officer approached the individual and informed them that the business did not allow loitering, requesting that they move along. The individual stalled the request, asking the officer to contact the Sheriff instead. The officer then formally advised the individual that they were being trespassed from the property and would face arrest if they returned. As the individual left the immediate property, they pulled their pants down and urinated on the public sidewalk. Approximately 30 minutes later, the officer located the same individual loitering outside a nearby gas station. The officer advised the individual that they were now also trespassed from the gas station property and issued multiple commands to leave or face immediate arrest. The individual refused to leave, remained seated, and dialed 911 in the presence of the officers. Despite receiving multiple direct commands to hang up, the individual refused and stated to the emergency dispatcher, "I have a Police Officer in front of me, and I feel like he is bullying me." The individual was placed into handcuffs and transported to the police department for processing. During the intake process, department policy required the individual to remove their necklace. The individual became uncooperative, yelled, removed their shirt, pulled down their pants, and urinated on the floor of the holding cell. A biohazard response team had to be called to clean and sanitize the cell. Following this, the individual broke their own necklace and threw it on the ground. The individual was subsequently turned over to the county jail. #bodycam #police #cops #bwc #policebodycamera #copcam #copcar #arrest #arrested #bwc Disclaimer: All individuals featured are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
