On January 25th, 2025, around 2:30 AM in Pullman, Washington, Officer Breauna Carpenter pulled over a woman named Karima for running a stop sign. What began as a routine traffic stop quickly escalated when Karima was found without a license, registration, or proof of insurance—and smelled strongly of alcohol. Despite her odd behavior during sobriety tests (including blowing on the officer’s finger instead of the breathalyzer), officers remained calm and professional. She eventually blew a BAC of 1.36 and was charged with DUI. After completing paperwork and being advised of her court date, she was released pending her appearance in Colfax on January 27, 2025. *Video Credits and a Huge Shoutout to:* YouTube Channel: Transparency Bodycam ( @TransparencyBodycam ) We extend our heartfelt thanks to Transparency Bodycam for generously providing this wonderful and amazing police bodycam footage to the community.
