On December 5, 2023. An officer from the Waukesha Police Department stopped a vehicle for having a suspended registration. The officer received the driver's ID and asked him to step out of the vehicle. The suspect fled and officers pursued, the chase was terminated until another officer spotted the vehicle and successfully deployed spike sticks. The vehicle came to a stop and the suspect fled on foot. Officers caught the suspect and he was charged and found guilty on the following charges, "Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Operating While Revoked, and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install". He was sentenced to 3 years and 5 months in jail and 2 years extended supervision. This video is for educational purposes only.
