Bodycam footage shows the suspect with a swollen black eye, visibly intoxicated, and refusing to cooperate. According to the police report, this individual was warned three times by officers before being arrested for disorderly conduct, public nuisance, and resisting an officer without violence. The situation escalated when he refused to exit the patrol car at the jail. He was eventually removed with assistance from deputies and had to be placed in a spit hood due to continued resistance and verbal abuse. He was later transported to the hospital for evaluation after complaining of being hit earlier in the night.
