@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of an early August of 2023 situation where a driver was speeding through the neighborhood and was pulled over by the Bernalillo County Sheriff deputy. Franchesca Gutierrez was doing 90 miles per hour in a 45MPH speed zone and when she was talking with the deputy she made a joke about her car being stolen. Gutierrez's car was in fact hers and her joke wasn't the best comedic timing. The featured content is NOT intended to be violent nor glorify violence in any way. We are sharing this footage STRICTLY for the purposes of news reporting and education.
