Brooklyn, Ohio -- Brooklyn Police were responding to a call on the highway when all of the sudden an officer slammed into the back of a pickup truck who was pulling over for the officers. Unfortunately for the man and his daughter, the police department is not liable for the damaged pursuant to Ohio law that says as long as the officers aren't reckless in their actions, they aren't liable for damaged that occur while responding to a call. ⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All suspects featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law ⚠️
