After conducting a series of field sobriety tests, including a walk-and-turn test and one-legged stand, the officer called for additional support. Further testing confirmed the driver’s impairment, leading to her arrest for driving under the influence. At the station, a breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol concentration was double the legal limit. The driver was charged with reckless driving, overspeeding, failure to maintain a lane, and DUI.
