When he reached the scene, he saw a damaged Belgian block garden bed and a heavily damaged front-end of a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. The driver was identified as Kelly Terranova. While speaking with Kelly, Officer Manney smelled alcohol and saw signs she might be impaired. She was with a man who sat as her passenger, and she was hesitant at first to admit she had been driving. Several officers, including Byrnes, Najera, and Law, arrived to help with the investigation. Kelly's passenger told officers they had just left rehab, and he knew Kelly from there. Eventually, Kelly confessed she was the one driving. Once she did, she refused to cooperate. Officer Najera placed her in handcuffs and said she was under arrest. A search of her wallet revealed a PBA Gold Card issued to Kelly by Patrolman Dave Ribaudo of the Parsippany Police. Kelly was first taken to the Hanover Police Department, where she did field sobriety tests in the sally port. Because their machine was not working, she was transported to the Florham Park Police Department. There, she took the Alcotest after being read her rights as a driver. She agreed to give breath samples. The results showed her blood alcohol level at 0.17%, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08%. Kelly was released to her mother, pending her court date, after signing a Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. Due to her initial resistance, she faced charges for obstruction and resisting arrest under the laws of New Jersey. Officer Manney also issued her several tickets. They included charges for driving under the influence, reckless and careless driving, improper lane use, obstructing traffic, delaying vehicles, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failing to report it. Records show Kelly has a history of DWI arrests in New Jersey. She was booked in Montville Township on January 7, 2023. Before that, she was arrested in Mansfield Township on April 14, 2019, after a hit-and-run. She also faced DWI charges from Rockaway Township on March 29 and March 27, 2019. Her first DWI arrest came in Hanover Township on March 1, 2010. 2:16 We need the lip reader lady to start doing body/cop cams.... 3:35 Cop:What did you crash into? 6:26 for a split second she shows on her face 8:18 is pretty perfect lmao 10:59 OH GOOD MOM’S HERE IN THE AUDI 12:49 Nicest cops ever. 22:57 cops shouldn't be allowed to mute for every little thing. 31:51 why cry after 6 times being caught DUI. 39:21 haha If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
